A Pet Depot is set to open next to JC Penney in Oswego, NY.  

The owner has put in for a license to sell puppies. They will be opening in April.  Rescues and animal lovers need to join together and put a STOP to this horrid outlet for selling puppy mill puppies!!  Please contact the Mayor of Oswego, the Legislators, the Planning Board (contact info below) and anyone else you can think of.  Let them know the horrors the animals in these stores go through and your outrage that Oswego would support puppy mills by opening one of these stores.  Please be polite and respectful. Write letters, email, call, fax.  Let your voice be heard for the animals who can’t speak for themselves!
